About the party

Agapē, the collective behind the AGAPĒ techno festival, presents UEBERREST and SHOKI287 at Brooklyn Roots Collective in Brooklyn on Saturday, November 14. It is billed as a one-night pairing of two different high-energy sounds.

What to expect

A fast, hard-edged warehouse-style night. The promoter asks for a present dance floor with phones kept to a minimum, and sets out community guidelines on consent and respect, with Agapē staff on hand if something feels off. My take: this is for people who want hard dance at full speed rather than a lounge night.

Music and lineup

UEBERREST is described as hard bounce, neo-rave and hard trance; SHOKI287 plays fast, bouncy grooves with live vocals over her sets, per the listing. Only these two names are announced, and set times are not published.

Listed on DICE: Ueberrest.
