About the party

Monstera Nightlife runs its weekly Friday reggaeton night at Sea Wolf on Wyckoff Avenue in Bushwick. The promoter promises Latin hits and pop all night, with a strictly enforced upscale dress code.

What to expect

A dressed-up Latin club night. The promoter says the dress code will be enforced: no jeans for women; no hats, shorts, hoodies, sweatpants or dirty shoes for men, with pants worn at the waist. Guests turned away for dress code do not get a refund. My take: for people who want a reggaeton and Latin pop party and are happy to dress for it.

Music and lineup

Latin hits and pop, according to the promoter, which names the kind of artists whose music gets played: Bad Bunny, Rauw Alejandro, Feid, Karol G, Young Miko and others. These artists are not performing. The DJs are not named.
