About the party

AFTERLIFE, presented by IN, turns the Nebula Downstairs Lounge in Midtown into a mock funeral for your former self on Saturday, October 31, from 11 PM to 2 AM. It is billed as an art exhibition, performance art show and Halloween party in one: five artists fill the space with installations, visual art, live performance and interactive moments, and then the exhibition turns into an underground Halloween party.

What to expect

The night opens with a cup of what the organizers call Meng Po's Soup, a symbolic drink of forgetting, before guests walk downstairs and move through the rooms.
