About the party
Istanbul electronic project Hey! Douglas plays a Republic Day Party at DROM, 85 Avenue A in the East Village, on Thursday, October 29, 2026. DICE lists it from 11 PM to 3 AM, presented by DROM.
What to expect
DROM pitches a late-night dance party built on Hey! Douglas's blend of 1970s Turkish psychedelic rock, Anatolian funk, disco and modern electronic beats. The title ties it to Republic Day, which falls on October 29 in Türkiye. My take: for anyone into Anatolian grooves and psych-disco who wants to dance rather than sit through a concert.
