About the party
Marquee Skydeck hosts ROZ on Saturday, October 24, at Edge, on the 100th floor of 30 Hudson Yards.
What to expect
A night on the 100th floor; weather permitting, it is held on the outdoor observation deck, and otherwise it may move indoors with the deck closed. My take: the setting is the draw here.
