Friday, Oct 30 I Bet You Look Good (Indie Halloween Party)

About the party

I Bet You Look Good is an indie Halloween party at TV Eye in Ridgewood on Friday, October 30, presented by Cheeky Entertainment. DJ Nick Marc plays indie classics across the decades, from 11 PM to 3 AM.

What to expect

The listing calls it a spooky night of indie. A costume rule is not stated. My take: a singalong-friendly night for people who want Arctic Monkeys and LCD Soundsystem rather than techno on Halloween weekend.

Music and lineup

Nick Marc plays indie classics. Artists named as examples include Arctic Monkeys, David Bowie, New Order, Blur, Radiohead, The Strokes, Interpol, LCD Soundsystem, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, MGMT and Tame Impala. These are the style of the night, not live performers.

Before you go

Doors 11 PM, listed end 3 AM. 21+. TV Eye is at 1647 Weirfield Street, near Halsey St on the L and Myrtle-Wyckoff Avs on the M. Re-entry, bag check and accessibility are not stated.

Refunds (DICE)

DICE lists a 24-hour refund window after purchase (not available within 24 hours of the event), plus refunds if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.
