Friday, Oct 23 Let It Happen [Tame Impala Dance Party]

About the party

Let It Happen is a Tame Impala dance party at TV Eye in Ridgewood on Friday, October 23. DJ Nick Marc, known from Tiswas and Take Me Out, plays Tame Impala alongside a wide spread of psychedelic and indie dance music from 11 PM.

What to expect

A sing-along, indie-leaning dance night built on one band's catalog and its neighbors. The listing names artists such as Unknown Mortal Orchestra, MGMT, Toro Y Moi, Khruangbin, Empire Of The Sun, Glass Animals, Phoenix, Rufus Du Sol, Odesza and Jungle. My take: for Tame Impala fans who would rather dance to the records than wait for a concert.
