Rose Gold Entertainment presents Lyra Halloween at Magic Hour Rooftop, inside the Moxy Times Square hotel, on Friday, October 30. It is Halloween night one on a rooftop with a retractable roof and views of the Empire State Building, with two music zones from 9 PM to 4 AM.
