Friday, Oct 16 Lyra Rooftop Party - 10.16

About the party

Lyra is a weekly Friday rooftop party from Rose Gold Entertainment at Magic Hour Rooftop, on the 18th floor at 485 Seventh Avenue in Midtown. This edition is on Friday, October 16. The promoter pitches it around two music zones and a view under the Empire State Building, with a retractable roof.

What to expect

A skyline rooftop night with two zones running different sounds, plus table and bottle service for groups who book it. No theme or dress code is stated on the listing. My take: for people who want a Midtown rooftop with house and familiar hits rather than an underground club night.

Music and lineup

No DJs are named. Zone 001 is described as open format, throwbacks, top 40 and house remixes. Zone 002 is described as house, tech, afro, minimal and remixes. Set times are not listed.
