About the party

Pink Rambo brings its local-DJ party to The Sultan Room in Bushwick on Wednesday, October 21. Since 2022 the crew has run regular parties in Brooklyn bars, with the focus on local DJs of wide-ranging styles.

What to expect

A midweek night of textured, percussive music that moves between styles. The Sultan Room is mostly standing room with limited first-come seating, and it is an inclusive space with no tolerance for hateful words or actions. Flash photography and professional cameras are not allowed. No dress code is stated. My take: a good Wednesday option for people who like hearing several genres in one night.

Music and lineup

No DJs are named on the listing. Pink Rambo describes a range from tech house and disco to classic R&B, with footwork, drum and bass and progressive breakbeats. Set times are not published.
