In short: 88 bars on this list, 68 with the deal spelled out. The cheapest drink we have on file: $3 at The Queensboro. Most start at 12pm. Most are in Midtown, Astoria, Upper East Side.
An all day happy hour in NYC rarely means open to close. On our list it mostly means a deal that starts around lunchtime and runs into the early evening, long enough to cover a late lunch and the after-work hour in one go. Dozens of bars on our list have that kind of long window or an explicit all-day deal, and a small group, including Bar 314 in Morningside Heights, BLVD Bistro in Harlem and Tipsy NoMad, say their happy hour runs all day, every day.
Most long deals are weekday-only, which suits a late lunch or a midafternoon break. The biggest group sits on the East Side of Midtown, followed by Astoria, Koreatown, the Upper East Side and Hell's Kitchen. A handful extend through the weekend, among them Whiskey Trader near Times Square and Therapy Wine Bar in Bed-Stuy. Some bars pick a single day to run all day instead: Riviera Maya in Astoria on Tuesday, The Plaza At The Roxy in Tribeca on Monday.
Wine $10 · Shots $8
Daily 11am–7pm · 71 West 55th Street
Whiskey Trader is a pub on West 55th Street with one of the longest windows on our list: from late morning to early evening, seven days a week. The deal covers wine by the glass, shots and cocktails. It is two minutes from the M at 57th Street and close to Fifth Avenue, so it fits between midday errands and an early dinner.

$8.25 house cocktails, wine
Daily 12pm–7pm · 260 Malcolm X Blvd
Therapy Wine Bar on Malcolm X Boulevard in Bed-Stuy runs its happy hour every day from midday into the early evening, weekends included. House cocktails and wine are on the list, along with happy hour bites such as lemon hummus, and the bar notes the deal is in-house only, not for takeout. The A and C at Utica Avenue serve it.

50% off all drinks
Mon–Fri 12pm–7pm · 168 Orchard Street
Hair Of The Dog is a pub and sports bar on Orchard Street with a weekday window from midday to early evening. Its listing says all drinks are discounted during that stretch, with some exclusions, and sliders cover the food side. On Monday evenings it adds a separate beer special. The F at Second Avenue is about three minutes away.
Deal checked Oct 30, 2026 on the bar's own site.
Bars use the phrase loosely. Seven or eight hours is typical on this page, usually from late morning or lunch to early evening, and almost all of those windows close before dinner. Only a few, like Snafu on East 47th Street and Tipsy NoMad, say their deal lasts all day and all night, and Fogo de Chao near Times Square lists an all-day happy hour too.
Long deals often apply at the bar only, and some exclude holidays or big game nights. Every New York City check adds 8.875 percent sales tax, and a tip of 18 to 20 percent is expected on the pre-tax total. All-day offers get trimmed without much notice, so check the last-checked date first.
