In short: 9 bars in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn run a happy hour, 7 with the deal spelled out. The cheapest drink we have on file: $5 at Popina. Most start at 4pm. Most are near the F, G, 2, 3 trains.
Cobble Hill is the small neighborhood just south of Atlantic Avenue, with Court and Smith Streets as its commercial spines, and that is where its happy hours sit. Court Street has Congress, Smith Street has Bee's Knees Provisions, and Elsa is on Atlantic Avenue at the northern edge. Big Tiny, The Brazen Head and Xochitl Taqueria are a few minutes from the Bergen Street station, while Popina and Mazzat are about ten minutes on foot from the nearest F and G stop.
The F and G trains cover almost everything, and the deals here are cocktail-forward with real food attached: oysters at Bee's Knees and Big Tiny, Roman pastas at Popina, pizza and tartines in Big Tiny's drink combos. Several places also stretch past weekday afternoons. For a Cobble Hill happy hour on a Sunday, try Big Tiny, Bee's Knees Provisions or Mazzat, or Elsa, which lists Sunday as all day. After dinner, Congress adds a late window on Thursday and The Brazen Head adds one Monday through Wednesday.

Tue–Fri 5pm–7pm · Sun all day · 136 Atlantic Ave
Elsa is a bar at 136 Atlantic Avenue, on the northern edge of Cobble Hill, with happy hour Tuesday through Friday in the early evening and, per the bar's own listing, all day on Sunday. We have its days, not its drink list. The Borough Hall station, served by the 2, 3, 4, 5 and R, is six minutes away.
Deal checked Oct 31, 2026 on the bar's own site.
Bergen Street on the F and G is the anchor stop, three or four minutes from Congress, Bee's Knees Provisions, Big Tiny and The Brazen Head, a minute from Xochitl Taqueria, and a longer walk to Popina. Carroll Street, one stop south, is the nearer station for Mazzat. For Elsa on Atlantic Avenue, Borough Hall brings in the 2, 3, 4, 5 and R.
Add 8.875 percent sales tax and an 18 to 20 percent tip to whatever the menu says. Bee's Knees runs its oyster special for only part of its window, and Big Tiny skips Friday and Saturday, so plan around those. Every listing shows a last-checked date, and menus change, so look before you go.
