Two subway routes cover our picks. The 3 stops at Nostrand Avenue on Eastern Parkway, a minute from Nostrand Station Bar & Lounge. The 2 and 5 stop at Sterling Street, about three minutes on foot from both Hello Bar Bk on Nostrand Avenue and The Green Room PLG on Rogers Avenue. Walking between the two stations takes a while, so pick one area per night.
